BOOKING FORM

I enclose my deposit of £ . . . . representing 25% of the total cost of my stay and undertake to forward a second cheque for the remaining 75% and the security deposit not less than 8 weeks before the start of my rental period. If booking less than eight weeks before, full payment is required. This price includes all charges and a weekly linen pack. A security deposit of £100 per week is required against damage, breakages and cleaning and will be refunded entirely within 2 weeks after the end of my stay if there has been no damage or breakages and the property has been thoroughly cleaned. These cheques (excluding the security deposit) are non-refundable should I decide to cancel my booking and I am advised to take out insurance to cover this eventuality. Should the owner need to cancel my booking, compensation will be limited to the amount received from the client. The owner promises to give an accurate description of the property and cannot be held responsable for events beyond her control limiting use of facilities due to technical, mechanical or weather related incidents.
